The Organisers are delighted to announce that Nigel Hollings will be continuing his Royal Windsor Horse Show role as Chief Showing Steward for Virtual Windsor.
Nigel is currently Chairman of the British Show Horse Association, Executive Council Member of the British Show Pony Society since 1986 and Disciplinary Officer of both the Coloured Horse and Pony Society and Arab Horse Society. He has been involved with the Royal Windsor Horse Show in an official capacity for nearly 20 years and joined the Orssich Committee in 2010, prior to being appointed Chief Showing Steward in 2013.
Nigel will be taking the lead role in the judging of Virtual Windsor showing entries. His credentials include roles as a panel judge for the following Societies: British Show Pony Society, British Show Horse Association, Sport Horse Breeding GB, National Pony Society, Ponies UK Platinum Panel, Arab Horse Society, Coloured Horse and Pony Society, British Skewbald and Piebald Society, Senior Showing and Dressage Society and RoR. Nigel has judged many times at the UK’s major shows, including eight times at the Royal Windsor Horse Show, as well as officiating in Australia, South Africa and Eire on numerous occasions.
Nigel has been a Rider, Trainer, Owner and Breeder of 27 Horse of the Year Show winners and champions from 1972 -2017. He has also ridden and trained a Supreme Champion at both the Horse of the Year and Royal International Horse Shows.
